Hello,
I prefer quick reading with the finger pointing, is possible to lock screen while I'm reading? |

To turn off touchscreen while retaining the display as-is? Hopefully someone will come up with a hack for this soon.

You can use brucelee's Coolreader and configure the tap zones accordingly.
