Failed to Load Error Code 126

Upgraded to latest version but now receive Error Code: 126 Failed to Load: caliber-launcher.dll. The specified module could not be found. Perhaps related, am unable to uninstall older version 2.34.

Can anyone help?

Uninstall, delete C:\Program Files\Calibre2
(or wherever you chose to install calibre). Then re-install. And
dont worry, uninstalling will not affect your books/settings.
