Can Calibre manage more than one e-reader?
As suject says...will I be able to manage both Kindle and Nook on one install of Calibre. I do not want to convert either type if I don't have to.

Calibre could care less on how many devices you use with it AS LONG AS you only connect ONE at a time.
![]() Calibre will offer to convert your content to a format that the device accepts if the format book does not already have the format. (This can add a whole lot of time if the book is complex. I suggest doing the convert in advance, so it will be ready to transfer) Simple Novels Convert on the fly then transfer with very litte delay. |

I can not decide on a single format so I was wondering if the Nook ant Kindle books could exist together in a Calibre library without convertung all my books to one type.
Ultimately I want to save up for a Kobo Aura one and convert all my books to epub to read on the Aura One only. In the meantime I enjoy reading on BOTH my Nook Glow 3 and my Kindle Paperwhite. I get books which ever service has the cheaper version. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk |

![]() Kindles want AZW* or Mobi. Your Nook want EPUB Just one format will probably never happen if you use multiple brands |
