Do a "chkdsk". This is virtually ALWAYS caused by corruption of either the internal disk partition or the SD card. Make sure that you NEVER unplug the USB cable without using the "Safely Remove Hardware" tool.

Harry,
It was the *#&@ SD card, again! For whatever reason everytime I do a firmware update, my SD card gets fried! go figure.
