How to transfer complete settings

Hi, I installed Calibre on a different PC, all works OK. However, on the first PC I have set many preferences over the years, and some plugins, I don't even remember...
I would like to ask: Is it possible to transfer completely all preferences as I have them set on one PC to the other?
Please help, I tried to look for the answer here but could not find it.
Thanks

Thanks Divingduck.

My problem is that I cannot use the export feature because I don't have my old Calibre program, I only have c:\users... folders with files. I need to know if the preferences are somewhere there, if it would be possible and what should I copy to my new PC.

I'm not interested in transferring Calibre libraries, those I have.

Enable hidden folders in explorer
then look in \users\<username>\appdata\calibre
Copy THAT folders contents (when you start Calibre on the new system, you may need to relink the libraries)

Thanks theducks,

On my old PC I've found following calibre folders:
C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\calibre-cache
C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\calibre
where the xxxxxx is my user account
Then I've updated Calibre on my new PC to version 3.20 and after that I've replaced the existing calibre folders with those from the old PC.
Everything seems to be working OK - the libraries are OK!
