Exporting Handwritten Notes in Max 2

Hello, the default format when I export my handwriting in Note app is PNG picture file. This is annoying because ideally I want multiple pages saved in the same file (and printed altogether from the same file). Is there a way to save multiple pages into one file (say a PDF format) or if someone can suggest a better app that can deal with this?

Many thanks.

Before found the good solution to this, you can convert the PNG picture in PDF format and join the PDF files in one.

To convert : ImageMagick with the command 'convert'
To concatenate : PdfTk

I know, it's not the solution for what your are looking for.

You can convert and concatenate in a single command, with `convert`:
`convert *.png out.pdf`

Again : It's a pleasure to learn a simple and good solution.

Off topic : do you know how to concatenate some PDF files with table of contents ('TOC') to obtain one PDF with a usable TOC for all concatenated files ? I've looked on the WEB, it not seems straight forward.

I ordinarily prefer a different default file format for export too, but I did come across one benefit to the .png file format: if you import it into Evernote, Evernote treats it like something you composed natively in Evernote, and will perform handwriting recognition on it so that you can search it with your other notes.

It's a work around for the lag that you experience when writing in Evernote. You can also import the png into OneNote, but I'm not sure as of yet whether OneNote will perform handwriting recognition.

Not sure if this approach appeals, but...

It appears that the exported pngs are stored in directories under the note directory -- which IIUC is accessible to other apps on the device. If using termux is palatable, one might install some of the aforementioned bits such as imagemagick in termux, and write an appropriate shell script to perform the conversion.

It's kind of circuitous and hacky, but possibly preferable to having to move stuff off of the device...

Also, I think there are image to pdf conversion apps out there -- I tried a few, but didn't find one that worked well or wasn't too much manual work. May be some one else knows a good option.
