Jailbreaking PW3 Questions
Can I jailbreak a PW3 running fw 5.9.2.0.1?
I got this kindle when it was first released but I did not think about jailbreaking it. Its done many OTA updates. Thanks! Serial number starts with G090G1 |

Can it permanently brick my PW3?
I can try if there is a way to recover if something goes wrong. Eagerly waiting for epub and better pdf support

I also just received the same model with the same FW version as the OP from eBay. I thought I would ask if I could also have access to the file referenced before I rip the device open and attempt the soldering method.

So it seems that the file gets deleted after ejecting the kindle from the computer.
