n96ml stylus not working well

hey,

Could you please help me with my new onyx n96ml

I just received it and the stylus some time work well and often not.

it work when I press hard or several times on an icon or to turn the page

tried factory reset and eares the data but the problem still there, also tried to update but always get (no update package available) and my device is up to date any way 1.8.2

i will upload a video to show the problem

Can you return it? It looks like a defective screen.

I suggest to adjust a little bit the length of the tip of your stylus. Take it out and shorten on the back end 0.8-1 mm.

You also should have a replacement tip in your box if something goes wrong. But it is really ease to do. Just be a little bit careful.

I think you linked to the wrong video. It shows someone flipping a screen over to show cracks in the other side (which looks like a mirror).
