Who's out there running Evernote on their ereader?
Can you recommend the unit?

Probably not what you're looking for but the Sony PRS-T2 came out with a very limited Evernote client. It lets you read (not write) from the specific notebooks you choose. You probably need one of the eInk Readers that use Android and apps.
