How to change SVG cover options
Wondering if there is a way to change the Calibre's SVG options when converting a cover image? It defaults to preserveAspectRatio="none". I would like it to default to preserveAspectRatio="xMidYMid meet".

Does anyone know how this can be done?

Look under the EPUB output section of the conversion dialog.

Ah, the check box! It appears that the "Polish Books" plugin uses these settings as well.
