If you're talking about prompt that shown when entering recovery - then yes.

First, thanks for making TWRP available!

I'm interested in getting the new 7.8" glowlight plus. Aside from more memory and a bigger screen, it seems to have the same hardware as GL3 (see post #8)

and apparently can be rooted in the same way (see post #4). Does the TWRP for GL3 work for the new GL plus?

Thanks. The xda posts I cited did mention that we need to change the vendor/product ID in the rooting script for GL3 before it would work for the 7.8" GL3+. Would a similar change needed to be made for the TWRP?

(I'm still waiting to get my hands on a 7.8" GL3+...)

I have a rooted 7.8 glowlight plus with ReLaunchX on it. Is there alternative ROM/OS/Firmware one can flash my device with ? If not this seems pretty pointless to me but then again I am not familiar with this tool.

It allows you to backup your system and recover it later in case anything goes wrong.
