Kindle Oasis

I'm in the market for a new eBook device and have a couple of questions on the new Kindle Oasis:

1) Does it get eBooks from Amazon in the .azw3 format vs. the .kfx?

2) Does it have a similar folder structure as the Paperwhite with all content basically being in a "Documents" folder?

3) Does it use a "My Clippings.txt" file for recording Notes, etc.

It gets books from amazon in whatever format amazon wants to send the book. That will depend on the book in question, as well, it seems, on the phase of the moon and and how you hold up your left foot while downloading.

It uses the same software as all the other current kindles. So yes, same file structure, same clippings.txt file. (subject to change at Jeff Bezos' whim, of course.)
