View preview pane in Explorer with Calibre
Is there some way I can view the preview pane in Window 10 Explorer in the Calibre e-book viewer format?

You are refering to Explorers Preview pane.

Not that I know of.

You can use (right click) Open With : e-book viewer

@Mamaijee - it may be possible to do it in one of the explorer replacements (e.g. Directory Opus or xplorer²), but you'd probably need to get the developers to liaise with Kovid to set it up.

You could also try a gadget called PreviewConfig - but I wouldn't hold out much hope.
