[GUI Plugin] Read with Comix

[Corvidism]

This plugin helps integrate Calibre and Comix/MComix for better reading experience. For selected books with CBR/CBZ format, it creates a folder of numbered symlinks in /tmp and then opens the first one. That way Comix can automatically open the next file when you're reading.

Special Notes

• Linux only.

Installation Notes

1. Install plugin as described in the Introduction to plugins thread.
2. Add manually to the menus.
