PDF to mobi conversion inserting alternate blank page

Input File: A scanned notebook in pdf format.
Output File: .mobi / azw3

Conversion is successful. But when I open the book in my kindle, it shows a new page after every page. That new page is almost blank, just it has 1 line written on top.

Case 1: The blank page contains this line " Page 1 of 356 " next blank page " Page 2 of 356 ", this page is alternate as compared to my source file.
As per kindle, the location no. of a blank page and following content page is same.
On my scanned input file, "Page 1 of 356" is written. I tried both ways, by keeping that line and by removing that line from the source file. Still in Output file it is showing that line on every auto inserted blank page.

Case 2:I tried for another scanned copy pdf, My output file shows "3DJHRI" on every inserted page. This time my source file has no such line . source file has only scanned images.

Please give me solution for this
