Aura Edition 2 SD Card Glued In?

Hello everyone. I'm looking for someone who has opened their Aura Edition 2. I just popped the back off of mine and it looks like the micro SD card is glued in the socket. I tried to gently pry it out with a fingernail but it doesn't come out easily. Has anyone been able to take theirs out? I didn't want to try to force it if it isn't removable.

Nevermind. I lost it on the GO train in Toronto last night. I picked up a refurbished H2O first edition while I was up there. I was hoping to sell the Aura to cover the cost so that's disappointing.

I really don't think that the card is soldered into the Aura Ed 2, but they have done something to make removal extremely difficult. I wouldn't recommend buying it and assuming that you will be able to replace the card with a larger one. I'm going to pick up a refurbished Glo later on just for hacking and abusing.

When the Aura Edition 2 was released, someone did open it and the card was removable. I'm sure there is a photo of it here. And they made an image from it. I've sent this to a few people since then. It would have been interesting to see a photo of how the card was mounted to see what Kobo was doing.
