There is just one device at the moment: Tolino Vision 4 HD. In comparision with the Kobo's ComfortLight, Tolino's SmartLight is weaker, meaning it looks more blueish.
Here is a screenshot comparision of the TV4, KA1 and the H202E:

Unfortunately it's just available in middle europe, preferably in german speaking countries.
