Fwiw, still not at christianbook.

Also, and this is a first for me, but I can't "buy" the book at kobo. The "add to my books" button let's me click it, but it just won't take. Anyone else?

Sorry, I forgot to mention it in the OP, but there's a trick to getting it into your library @ Kobo.

Click on the author's name to pull up their listings, then click Add to My Books from the book's entry in the list (you may or may not need to switch to cover + blurb excerpt view if you're on covers only), rather than the actual product page, which for some reason is wonky.
