[Android] Unable to change default folder [v6.0.1]

I am unable to change the default folder to one residing on the SD card.

Permissions don't seem to be the problem because CC can create any number of new folders on the SD card.

It will even remember the path inside the "chooser" if I attempt to change the default folder again. It will not, however, save the new path into CC's Folders and Formats default folder.

The default folder remains as /storage/emulated/0/Calibre_Companion/

So far I have:
* restarted phone
* uninstalled and reinstalled CC
* created new folder on SD card and unsuccessfully attempted to set as default
* created new folder on internal storage and unsuccessfully attempted to set as default

Other than this issue, the app performs admirably.

What version of CC you are using? I assume that the V6.0.1 is the Android version. What device is it?

Send me a CC debug log as described in our FAQ How do I get help?. There should be enough information in it to tell me what is going on.
