save conversion options?
Is there a way I can save the choices I made when I convert a book so I can use the same choices on the next book I convert?

The settings for any particular book are automatically saved for reconverting that book.

If you want settings to be applied to a book that has never been converted before the you need to set them under Preferences->Conversion settings.
