calibre not starting

Unfortunately, calibre does not start unter Win 10 cereaors: s. The message.
The same with previous versions. Googling: many have such a problem. Recommended solutions have been ineffective. An idea?

Uninstall, delete C:\Program Files\Calibre2
(or wherever you chose to install calibre). Then re-install. And
dont worry, uninstalling will not affect your books/settings.
