TOC showing outside of ebook Viewer

This morning when I opened the ebook Viewer with the last book I was reading the TOC isn't popping up on the left side of the viewer but outside it as a separate window. Does anyone know how I can get the TOC back where it belongs? That separate window annoys the heck out of me when trying to read my book.

Presumably by accident you've turned your TOC into a free-floating item. You should be able to re-dock it to its default location on the left by double-clicking inside the Title bar of the TOC (i.e. the label 'Table of Contents')

Thank you very much jackie_w for the help. That worked just fine. Wish I knew what I did that made it free-floating so I could make sure I don't do it again.
