Question Latest DeDRM won't load to Calibre
Hopefully my screen shot is attached. I don't understand this error message that I get when I try to load from file the latest DeDRM zip file into Calibre. I am on a Mac.

That zip file contains DeDRM tools for different platforms and applications. You need to extract "/DeDRM_calibre_plugin/DeDRM_plugin.zip" from that archive and load that into Calibre.

Providing instructions related to DRM removal is not allowed on this site. You should ask your question on the site where you obtained the DRM removal software.
