And I screwed up the poll, again. Harry could you change the poll question to: "Based on personal experience, who has the better customer service, Kobo or Amazon?"

From personal experience, I find Amazon to be much better, but I come across posts that indicate the opposite, so I was wondering what a poll would show?

If I could check off a box to get minimal customer service in return for a price 8 percent less, I'd probably do it.

I may be irrational. If my device died a day after the warranty ran out, sure, I'd regret it.

I would hope that only people who have experience with both would vote. That was what I was trying to get at with the "personal" blurb.
