My m96 universe cannot update !!!

I ve bought m96 universe a few year ago.
It worked very well until I try to update it this morning.

Thing i did
1.download update file from boox websit copy it to root directory (it cannot find the update file)
2.search update.zip for m96 universe from boox (founded it version 1.8.0 )
3.then copy it to root directory and now it found
4.then i updated and it stuck in the recovery mode again and again
5.i try to use the memory card to update it but also got the same problem.

So maybe somebody could help so please......
