Keyboard shortcut to cycle between editor and files?

Can a shortcut be assigned to switch focus between the editor pane and the files "section"? I use a lot of files editing, adding etc and a simple shortcut would save me a lot of keyboard-mouse switching... Thank you.

[edit:] Also a shortcut to cycle through the files tabs in the editor?

Use Quick open (Ctrl+T)

well, ... don't know - I'd prefer straightforward shortcuts for refocus ... Let's see if I get used to THIS feature... THANKS, for the advice.
