Boox Max - How does one rotate the screen?

Is there a way to rotate the screen? I could have sworn I had done this in an early build but cannot figure out how to do it with 1.8.2.

Sorry for the mostly useless reply - I normally rotate through the contextual software (PDF reader, VLC etc.)
(And BTW that may also rotate the desktop/"launcher")

Have you tried org.crape.rotationcontrol ?

I need this as well, but Play Store tells me it isn't compatible with my OBMC. I found one app that went back to the donut days, but even that didn't work. Is there any app guaranteed to work with the Onyx Max?

If my memory serves me well, I tried it some time ago and it worked.

I didn't try that but I did a Play Store search on my computer and there it tells me the devices it is compatible with unlike the Play Store app. I found two that were listed as compatible but only one of them actually worked. Since there is no Home button on it I had to back out of the screen orientation app and then it lost its setting, but the other popped up a small window and let me change orientation. So the final puzzle fell into place.

It is called Screen Orientation Control and the developer is Korean calls himself Jubo Co. Last updated July 26, 2016.

The problem with most of the others is that settings are done through the Notification Panel, and the OBMC only had a static panel.

On a Boox Note I just tried an app called Rotation Control. It works via notifications. Seems to work fine for apps installed via Play Store
