This is not Carta, it has the same resolution as the currently sold by @Booxtor model: 1200 x 825

Probably a mistake or someone is trying to fool potential customers...

Has anyone purchased a N96 with Carta 2+ display from the Hong Kong site? If so, what is the resolution and can you confirm if the display is actually Carta 2+? I've been messaging their FB but they are so slow in responding.

Please confirm what you are selling? Is it Carta or Carta 2+? And what are the differences?

It is new version, factory changed screen model, confirmed Carta+,fast refresh rate and higher resolution

I'm tempted to buy but the next version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CF1RZ-UVCA is just around the corner i.e. available 3rd/4th quarter

I think ereaderstore sold the N96 carta a while ago, too, and I guess that faster refresh rate refers to a higher Hertz number. At the moment, Banggood is selling the successor at about the same price as Ereaderstore sells the predecessor (speaking for EU and including tax & custom). Banggood sold the older N96 for about 22€ less than the new one, but it's out of stock. I would have prefered the old one because I don't really believe in the improvement of the new one.

There is an update to the N96ML as well and it is called ONYX BOOX N96ML Carta+.
It is said to have an additional function: "Regal refresh function". Does anyone know what that is? Otherwise I can't tell the difference to the older one:https://www.banggood.com/ONYX-BOOX-N...l?rmmds=search

I would be very interested if the carta screen is flexible or plastic instead of glass like the pearl. I currently use the m96 which is stored in a case and in a pouch.

Someone from onyx international explained the difference between N96 Dual touch and N96 Dual touch Carta to me: N96 Dual touch Carta has a different screen version. They say price is the same. But no more specifics.

N96 has a pearl screen, so if Carta is specified in the model name has to have a Carta screen, which is better and faster
