Looking for information

In am having problems with my Paper White. All of the books in it are "Queued".
Somewhere in this forum I ran across a thread regarding this, but I can't find it now.
Will someone please see if you can find it, and let me know where it is? or perhaps you can answer with some information.
Amazon tech support was unable to fix it.

Your more likely to get help with a technical question by posting it in the technical (Kindle Dev) forum.

Be prepared to provide technical information -
Such as what Paperwhite model (or the first six characters of the serial number) and what firmware version it is running.

Well, the Paperwhite is working properly now.
I got in a chat with Amazon tech support this morning. The first thing he had me do was update the software. I had already done that last Thursday, but I did it anyway.
That fixed my problem. ?????
Anyway, I'll get familiar with it now and start reading.
