My GLO HD doesn't work :(
Hi there!

Guys, I appologize for creating new thread here but I've never found proper existing thread for my question.

So after 2-weeks using recent firmware with recent Kobo-Start and recent nightly KOReader I got the problem yesterday: when I'm shutting on the device I see only two refreshing of screen and after that just white screen.

I've tried to reset device but after resetting i see the same 2 refreshes...

Is it a brick case? If yes is there a way to fix it?

By "reset" I meant "manual factory reset".


And forgot to add: when I turning on device I also see red indicator at power on button as it should be in normal mode.

Do you mean it didn't work? did you also tried the second option to preform the manual factory?
After you preform the manual factory reset did get to "Select language" page?

It didn't work. Also I've just tried the second option - the same result. Only I see is two quickly refreshes of screen (from white to black without any information) and after it backs to just white screen - no "Select language", etc.

The only option left is to write a new image to your device sd card, ask davidfor for a image here.

Edit: see this guide, to understand how to write a new image.
