Hi! I get this error when connect my device (Android 6.0, Xiaomi Mi5).
It appears on step 'Get list of books on device'. Quote:

metadata.calibre is the 'last known contents of your device" file. It is located on your devices storage (there might be 1 for each available storage device) This might be a 'rights' issue or a possible damaged file system
with the device DISCONNECTED: Go ahead and delete metadata.calibre Calibre will rescan your device (takes a bit of time) when next connected. |
