New 10.3" Onyx device should be ready in October. They are going to start mass production if they see interest in it after the Book Fair in Frankfurt

It doesn't seem worth producing a 9.7" AND a 10.3". Maybe they are phasing out/upgrading the M96.

It has a touch screen and supports stylus.

Yes..Prototype (for the HK Fair) is already there. Mass production is scheduled for autumn.
