New absurd problem...

Hi guys,
I wanna say "I'm truly satisfied" about my kobo aura one, but I'm not. I still have some days for decide to send it back or not.
Today I was putting some ebooks in the kobo ( I use calibre ), and I couldn't do it. 2 days ago ( on another pc ) I've changed all my .epub files in .kepub, and all went well. Today on my main pc I tried to do the same thing, but when I try to open the "kepub" book on the reader, something says "error", and simply I can't open it. Instead if I put the same file as ".epub", all wents well, but with the terrifying slow turning page speed.
I tried to reinstall all plugins, calibre, changing pc, changing files, but nothing is working.
Can anyone help me? If I can't solve this problem I'm sending this back, because the turning page speed is too bad on epub files...
I know my english is pretty bad, but I'm italian, and I'm really upset right now...

There are news. I tryed with my sister's old kobo glo ( bought 3 years ago, and bought for half the price of this kobo aura one ), and ALL WORKS WELL. I really don't know what to do, maybe crying is the solution...

Try a factory reset and install the newest firmware from there.

Ok, now it's all fine. Thinking back I have to say that when I plugged the kobo in, windows said that was corrupt\damaged, and wanted to analyze it. Tired of this ( appeared all the times ) I pressed ok, and then kobo didn't read kepub anymore.
So I don't have to make windows repair it. Maybe this will be helpfull for someone in my same situation.
