Any way to add to/edit table of contents for epub books?

Is there any way to add to/edit table of contents for epub books in Calibre or do you need to use another program (if there is one)?

I don't know exactly where the functionality is by default, because I've heavily customized calibre, but both Caibre itself and the e-book editor can do this; both an internal TOC, and a HTML version.

There is a (stock Calibre) Table of Contents Toolbar item available. It used to be a block with a 'T" icon, it is now a Blue finger pointing at a list.

This same tool (function) is available within the Calibre Editor
