Print to PDF and convert to PDF doesn't work

I'm trying to covert a epub file into PDF, I've talked to other people about it and they have no problems when doing it but when I try the operation just fails.

I've tried another program called Icecream PDF Converter and it converts the epub in about 20 seconds but there are errors in that the fonts aren't correct.
If calibre works it takes like 5-10 hours to convert a file or it simply just shuts down after that long.

Looks like it ran out of memory.

You could trying splitting the book into smaller parts with the Epub Split plugin, convert the parts to PDF, and then stitch the parts back together with something like PDFSAM (PDF Split and Merge) - I've done that a couple of times, the merged PDF's were OK for my purposes.

Or you can install the 64-bit version of calibre

Today I updated Calibre again, it might have been a mistake, because can now no longer Print Epub into PDF.

I'm now using: 2.83
I have the latest plug-in: DeDRM 6.5.3

The Error Message I get is:

Usage: calibre-parallel.exe input_file output_file [options]

Convert an ebook from one format to another.

input_file is the input and output_file is the output. Both must be specified as the first two arguments to the command.

The output ebook format is guessed from the file extension of output_file. output_file can also be of the special format .EXT where EXT is the output file extension. In this case, the name of the output file is derived from the name of the input file. Note that the filenames must not start with a hyphen. Finally, if output_file has no extension, then it is treated as a directory and an "open ebook" (OEB) consisting of HTML files is written to that directory. These files are the files that would normally have been passed to the output plugin.

After specifying the input and output file you can customize the conversion by specifying various options. The available options depend on the input and output file types. To get help on them specify the input and output file and then use the -h option.

Whenever you pass arguments to calibre-parallel.exe that have spaces in them, enclose the arguments in quotation marks. For example "C:\some path with spaces"

DRM gets stripped as usual.

I'm now using: 2.83 I have the latest plug-in: DeDRM 6.5.3 The Error Message I get is: .................................................. ......................................... calibre, version 2.83.0 ERROR: Failed to convert to PDF: Failed to generate PDF file, click "Show details" for more information. Usage: calibre-parallel.exe input_file output_file [options] Convert an ebook from one format to another. input_file is the input and output_file is the output. Both must be specified as the first two arguments to the command. The output ebook format is guessed from the file extension of output_file. output_file can also be of the special format .EXT where EXT is the output file extension. In this case, the name of the output file is derived from the name of the input file. Note that the filenames must not start with a hyphen. Finally, if output_file has no extension, then it is treated as a directory and an "open ebook" (OEB) consisting of HTML files is written to that directory. These files are the files that would normally have been passed to the output plugin. After specifying the input and output file you can customize the conversion by specifying various options. The available options depend on the input and output file types. To get help on them specify the input and output file and then use the -h option. For full documentation of the conversion system see https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/conversion.html Whenever you pass arguments to calibre-parallel.exe that have spaces in them, enclose the arguments in quotation marks. For example "C:\some path with spaces" calibre-parallel.exe: error: no such option: --override-profile-size .................................................. ...................................... I can still convert, but not by choosing print. DRM gets stripped as usual.
