Are your ratings/reviews showing on the Kobo website?
I have noticed lately when I finish reading a KePub book on my Glo (fw 3.19.5761), and then enter a rating on that extra page displayed at the end of the book, and then sync the Glo via wi-fi, the rating often doesn't show up on the website. In the past the rating always showed up, but now it seems it only shows up about half of the time.

The sync appears to be working okay otherwise: when I delete books from my Glo they get moved from library to archive on the website, new books are downloading normally, everything seems to work except the rating doesn't show up on the website.

Just wondering if others are seeing this problem too, or whether it is something specific to my account.

Same here. I checked books I had recently read, plus some from early last year. None seemed to be recorded. Then I found a book that I finished a month ago and checked. Nothing seemed to be there. So I opened the details for the book and did the rating again followed by a sync. The count of rating went up. I tried another book, and the same thing happened.

But, there is no indication that one of the ratings is mine. I am sure that this was shown in the past. And if you had finished the book, without a review or rating, there was a button to do the review. There is a button for a review, but it is there for all books.

Just another data point, I finished a purchased kepub a few minutes ago. When I checked the site, the rating didn't appear to have been posted. After I did a sync, the counts shown went up one for the rating I gave.

It seems the site now has no indication of what rating I gave a book, and the rating is only sent to the server when I sync the device.

And I should have mentioned, I tried from the Android app earlier. In that case, when I rated the book, the rating count was updated on the site without me doing anything else.

I can't help, but have a question...

I don't have an "extra page" when I finish a book; I turn past the last page of the book and it goes to the home screen. Is the "extra page" new functionality in the more recent firmware (I'm several firmwares back)?

The extra page is only there for purchased books. It allows you to rate the book, shows some stats and some "related books". Yes, it's advertising, but it isn't very intrusive. And I wish I could rate sideloaded books in the same way.

Not in the same way but, after staying in 3.11 at my Aura because of that, I didn't want to lose it at the Aura One. So, when you added the "leave alone" collections in the driver, I modified the Kobo Utilites so they get the rating from the collections instead of database (I've modified like this because I don't add purchased books directly to the device, so I don't need besides of but instead of).

I just finished a synced KePub book so I tried that out and got the same result you did: I rated the book on the extra page shown when finishing the book, synced, and checked the website -- no rating. Then I went to the details page for the book I had just finished and rated it again, synced again and checked the webiste -- now the rating shows up.
