What code (and where) should I add to the recipe by GRiker/Kovid Goyal/Nick Redding to add [Date] similar to most other news recipe titles?

If you are downlaoding in mobi format witha kindle output profile date is never added as it is displayed separately ont he Kindle anyway. If you are downloading for other formats, then you just need to set the timefmt variable in the recipes.
