When caliber displays my Fire storage all books have a zero size; hence get error expecting data. When I look at Fire storage on Fire all books have real sizes. Why? Thus I am un

You are not doing anything wrong. Kindle store content is not stored in a way that calibre can make sense of. I think you can side-load and manage that content with calibre. You need to download Kindle Store content from manage your content and devices, or use Kindle for PC/mac to get a file calibre may be able to do something with.
