Preferences - Look and Feel - Column Icons

Hello,
is there a find function for "Column Icons" & "Column coloring" or is it possible to sort the rules ?

@ebookskippy - I moved your post from the plugin suggestions thread to here because I suspect your request would be better done within the context of the Column Colour and Icon rule setting dialogues than via a separate plugin.

No, there isn't. Certainly something that could be done, but it's not something I ever envisaged a need for. How many rules do you have?

Hello Kovid,
about 50 rules.
Sometimes I have to change the order of the rules because there are ambiguous rules - fantasy / children - fantasy / adults - only fantasy - children only - etc
A "find function" would be great
But if you did not plan it ... ok - just a question

@ebookskippy - if are those are 50 simple rules, you maybe able to reduce them in number with some relatively straightforward 'Advanced Rules' - example:

Thanks for the hint.
Since I'm not so good at "template - language / function" it is more "try & error"
But that's not a problem it's more of a challenge
Is there a reason why "copy & paste" does not work
