Merge/Compare 2 Epub

Hi, more and more often, I found a different versions of same file.
Are there some tools, or some application that can see the differences between two files, and may be compare and merge two epub in only one file?

I thought there was a compare tool in the calibre editor.

I use Beyond Compare to compare epubs. It's not free, but it's good for almost any file type.
