Did they release the promised update?
I gather an update was promised for the 26th to correct the battery usage problems.
Oddly I can't see any mention here of either it's arrival or non-arrival. Did it appear? I ask because I have got wifi and synching successfully turned off, and I don't want to risk getting the problems others have by fiddling about with the settings. |

On a couple of other threads it's been posted that a CSR has stated it's been delayed till the 3rd October to sort out other issues with the firmwear besides the battery life.
