books don't send anymore

I've scrolled through other posts about this, but can't seem to find a solution. I haven't had any problems with sending emails from Calibre to my kindle email until about two weeks ago. Now I get this:

Log into GMX using your webbrowser they recently updated their terms of use and you have to accepts the new terms of use before they will let you send emails.

Go into preferences/tweaks and search for delay. Change 301 to 5. Works for me.

I had to create a gmx account since Calibre/Amazon quit working together for whatever reason. My gmail address no longer worked to email my Kindle. Now I'm set up with a gmx account and my email ability to my Kindle is restored.

THen either your gmx username or password is wrong. Remember that you have to use the full GMX email address as the username.

I've checked my username and password, it's all correct. I'm stumped.

After I set up gmx, my mail server fields changed as described below:
Hostname: changed from blank to mail.gmx.com
Port: changed from 25 to 587
Username: changed from blank to my <email>@gmx.com
Password: changed from blank to <my password>
Encryption stayed TLS

Of course, just above the server settings, my Send email from: changed from my gmail address to <my email>@gmx.com
