Post Kobo e reader died help
My kobo e reader is from 2012 and when it updated it crashed the operating system and now it doesn't work.... A video from u tube directs me here so here I am can anyone help I need to get it working again as the hardest is working but the software isn't... Can anyone help !!!

I can't help I'm afraid but it sounds like a perfect time to get a new Kobo Aura One. I wish I could go four years between ereaders.

You need to give us a clue as to what is wrong. Just saying it crashed and a random YouTube video directed you here doesn't tell us anything. We need the symptoms.

Sorry gentleman it will not load it updated and then the front loading page came on and nothing happened. The model number is N647B
