Aura One data base error
Fully updated Aura One with 4.0.7523.

When adding ebook with Calibre, get error message that Aura One version is too new and that managing the books can corrupt things. It says that adding books is fine.

Is it really all right to go ahead and add ebooks?

Should be absolutely fine (always has been for me in the past). That message occurs sometimes when a new firmware comes out until the device driver is updated. I wouldn't be surprised if David already has the update made and it will be available in a few days.

I've already answered the Pete's post in the calibre forum. Plus posted the information at least a couple of other times here.

P.S. Just making sure I understood the Calibre warning, there is no problem with the Kobo Aura deleting the books sideloaded by Calibre...right?

There is no problem with using calibre version 2.66 to do management of any Kobo device running any released firmware version.
