Hello from Northwestern WA

Hello. I just found out about this website from a post on the kindle forum at Amazon.com. I am very new to this e-reader thing. I just got my kindle a couple days ago. Already I have about 300 books for it, but only some of them on it. I am having a blast. I also look forward to clearing out my house of many many books. I plan to keep autographed books, or books that are special in some way or other; however, I will have all the books I can ever read right with me at all times.

I hope to learn a lot from this forum, and hope I can find a way to contribute. Thanks for letting me participate.

Welcome to the forum. I too am from Washington and read via Kindle. This is a great forum with lots of information to help you get the most from your reader. Don't be shy about asking questions or for help.

Hi Deb and welcome to the Forum. One of the reasons I got a Sony was to rid the house of piles of books. Warning: the Kindle, like the Sony, is addictive.
