output-format-dependent margins
Since the various conversion formats (e.g., pdf, epub, docx, txt) might require different margins - length and/or units (cm or pt) - and the pdf (and docx) output already provides an option for overriding the default page setup, it would be helpful if the format-dependent output settings could also include an individual margin setting (where appropriate) to define (default) margins.
