Customize Tag Browser look

Hi guys. Probably this question already asked / answered, but I did not find any information about it using forum search.

So, the question - is it possible to remove objects quantity in square brackets at the left of each object name in the Tag Browser? Or at least remove objects qty to the end of object name.

Currently objects in the tag browser not left aligned due to different quantity of objects in each category.

I had not even realized that was happening (it is). I have a Wide screen, so I just open up the column when I need to see more and mostly hide the TAG browser between uses

Its a matter of habits probably I have wide screens as well, but prefer to have two panels - authors list on the left and author's books on the right

I prefer to switch off "cycle change filter option each click" functionality as well, but pretty sure that this is impossible
