Unhappy Calibre Python error on Win10

Hi everyone, I've a huge problem with the last releases of Calibre (2.61 and 2.62)
I'm using it with Win10 and it doesn't work anymore.
Each time I try to open it, it pops up the following message:

Python function terminated unexpectedly
Failed to load icu with error: MemoryLoadLibrary() failed loading icu.pyd (Error Code: 1)

I already tried to uninstall and install again but it did not work.
I have run out of options!!!

Please

Are you low on usable RAM? (as reported by Task manger or process explorer)
Is your swap drive (Virtual Memory) disabled?

Runs on W10 x64 w/8G RAM fine

Something on your computer most likely a security/antivirus program is preventing calibre from loading modules it needs.

I have 3gb ram (2,75 usable) on win10 x32 and as antivirus I'm running windows defender.
I tried to disable windows defender but got the same error.
Virtual memory on C: is 200-1247.
Still the same

@B_chan - have you tried the suggestions in ==>> calibre is not starting on Windows??

And, it is probably worth checking to see if anything 'rings true' in the next FAQ section - calibre freezes/crashes occasionally?

Have you installed/updated any other software recently? - do a sort of Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features by Installed On.

Plays fine with (X64) Defender

It must be something else
