Issues with controls bar in e-book viewer

Hi everyone, I've looked through the FAQ and Calibre Help and haven't found anything addressing this issue.
Basically, the controls bar in the e-book viewer has become stuck at the side of the screen and I can't move it.
Toggling show/hide control bar doesn't change the position, and restoring defaults under e-book viewer preferences doesn't fix it either.
The fix is probably incredibly obvious and somehow flew over my head, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

The version of Calibre is 2.58, 64 bit, if that info helps. Thank you in advance!

@Flane - At the far left edge of the bar you should see a faint row of double dots (known as a handle), hover your mouse over them and the cursor should change to a move cursor [ ] Drag that into the viewer window near the edge you want to have the toolbar.

Standard dockable window stuff, although the handles do vary.

The problem is that the way the bar is stuck off the screen, the handle on the left side of the bar is also off screen (I'm still not sure how I managed to drag the left side off screen in the first place). It doesn't seem like you can drag it with the right side of the bar.
Is there any other way to move it? Thank you for your help.

What OS is this? There is usually some keyboard shortcut you can use to drag windows around with the mouse by clicking in them anywhere. In any case you can reset those preferences by going to Preferences->Miscellaneous->Open config directory in the main calibre preferences and deleting the file viewer.json
