KOBO - Price Match Guarantee
The current process seems I have to buy first and then submit my price match request. If it is qualified, then I will get store credit. Can I ask them to reduce the price(price match) before I buy? I dont want store credit.

Well you can always ask them to reduce the pricebefore you buy, but like when you ask Amazon, there is no guarantee they will.

If you want the guaranteed prive match (+10% extra) then you need to buy the book first.
